About Me

Pål (Paul): Stavanger, Rogaland, Norway; I am a man born back in the last century, 1964 to be more precise. Grew up in a small town called Hamar, and moved over to Stavanger to study in 1986. The plan was to stay for 3 years, but still more than 20 years later I am still living in Stavanger, and like it off course. By occupation am I a sosialworker, working with youngsters from age 13-18 mostly. Most days at work is good. In my spare time I like to kayak and dive, have also for a short time worked as a PADI scuba instructor, good fun. I watch a bit to much TV, movies on DVD mostly, reads some books now and then, enjoying a hike out in the nature some where, from the beach to the mountain top. Friends and a party once in a while is also important. Almost forgot, travelling is good, and that is mostly why I starting up this blog again. No children or wife, so I do whatever I want with my spare time. My biggest and longest travel start in October 2009 and end in the end of March 2010. Old dream coming to live. Going around the world. Look trough the blogg and find out where I have been, a lot of the blog is in Norwegian, if anything looks interesting, use google translate.
